WARNING: Under-seat exhausts which would come in to contact with the cover must be allowed to cool before fitting.

Umbratex Instructions

1) Place the cover over the bike. Thread one half of the front elastic strap (A) through the wheel.   Then attach it to the other half via the integral Velcro (Figure 1).  Alternatively, if the forks are too long for the elastic straps (A) to reach the wheel, attach them behind the forks

2) Wrap the longer section of the side webbing straps (B) around the front footrests, or other suitable fixing point, and secure them with the integral Velcro to the shorter section. Then place the rear elastic loops (C) over the rear foot pegs, or other suitable fixing point .

3) Alternatively, thread the longer section of the side webbing straps (B) through/around the rear footrests, or other suitable fixing point, then through the rear elastic loops (C), and secure them with the integral Velcro to the shorter section.

IMPORTANT:  It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the cover is fitted safely and in accordance with the above guidelines.  The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for damage caused by misuse or failure to fit the cover correctly.

NOTE FOR MOTORCYCLES WITH UNDER-SEAT EXHAUSTS: If the exhaust is likely to come into contact with the cover, it must be allowed to cool before the cover is fitted.
